We can inspect the Blades efficiently using ouradvanced equipment(high resolution camera, imported tools, etc), and provide you better results. This high-end equipment range enables us to detect minor cracks and damages on Blades with ease.
Through advanced technology inspection (using ultra-sound cameras), we can detect defects / damages from outside, without opening the installation or exposing the laminate / grinding area of the Blades.
We provide preventive reportageas per customer requirements (investigation reports, third party inspection reports, inspection reports of new Blades, etc), with the help of our technical team from Germany.
Quarterly and yearly maintenance is critical for Blade health, and we offer annual maintenance services covering these. The services include identification of defects(erosion, etc),timely risk-reducingmaintenance,Level 3 repairs and even beyond. As a matter of practice, we also conduct Blade inspection during periodic maintenance.
The most crucial components of wind turbines, the blades, are susceptible to different types of damage during their operation. The failure of one blade may damage nearby blades and wind turbines, increasing the total damage cost. Most blades consist of two halves made of a fiberglass composite and shear webs, which are glued together with strong adhesive material
